Gries Paper, based in Houston, Texas, is an exclusive distributor for Walsh Paper Distribution and for a number of US manufacturers of parchment, tamale wraps, baking cups, and napkins, as well as a variety of specialized paper products, including custom-printed versions of any paper product and parchment tamale wrap (available in plain and printed), as well as a corn-yellow vellum sheet used as a substitute for the corn husk (hoja) for tamales.
Parchment paper products
We distribute genuine parchment (vegetable source, GVP) in a variety of sizes and shapes. Parchment is a specialized paper made to resist high cooking temperatures and oil and water immersion. Parchment paper can be treated with silicone or quilon for non-stick applications.
Parchment is used for wrapping foods during cooking, such as tamales or fish, and as a bottom sheet for products such as baked goods and pizza.
Silicone-treated squares can be used for pizza sheets and untreated sheets can be used for the outer wrap of tamales.
Pan-liner sheets, circles, and triangles are also available in non-parchment greaseproof paper for less-demanding, non-high temperature uses.

all sizes are listed in inches, non-stick treatments are silicone (S) or quilon (Q): full sheets are for standard baking trays of 16 1/2 and 24 1/2 inch dimension.
